deadlines are not met from the Approved Contractor or the Approved Contractors
appointed parties.
- Chameleon Approved Contractors Ltd Group accepts no responsibility for any
costs in connection with the work to be carried out by an Approved Contractor or
Approved Contractors appointed parties.
- While Chameleon Approved Contractors Ltd Group uses all reasonable efforts
to ensure that the information requested is accurate, current and complete at
the date of publication, no warranty or guarantee or representation can be made,
implied or inferred as to the accuracy of such information and should be checked
out independently by the Client or Clients advisers.
Due diligence must be
carried out by each individual.
- Chameleon Approved Contractors Ltd Group can not be held responsible for any
losses incurred by the Client as it is the Client’s responsibility to use their
own due diligence and to take all appropriate advice.
- I / We agree that any details of my / our personal and financial
circumstances, property, property valuation, property condition and any other
information you care to share with us will all be retained solely for the
purpose of any of our services you have undertaken and will only be passed to
the relevant professionals advising or acting on our behalf.
- Due to certain circumstances Chameleon Approved Contractors Ltd Group
reserves the right not to offer any of our services.
- Chameleon Approved Contractors Ltd Group accepts no responsibility in
matching Clients with Approved Contractors.
- Chameleon Approved Contractors Ltd Group reserves the right to terminate the
relationship between the Client and Chameleon Approved Contractors Ltd Group at
any time.
- Chameleon Approved Contractors Ltd reserves the right to change these terms
and conditions at any time at its sole discretion.
- Chameleon Approved Contractors Ltd Group accepts no responsibility for any
companies linked to the Company website.
- As with all investments, property prices can go up or down.
- Chameleon Approved Contractors Ltd Group can not be held responsible for any
losses incurred by the Client as it is the Client’s responsibility to use their
own due diligence and to take all appropriate advice, including legal advice and
financial advice prior to committing to the sale of a property, purchase of a
property, investment or any of our services.
- I / we agree to indemnify Chameleon Approved Contractors Ltd Group, and its
subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, co-branders and other
partners and hold them each harmless from any and all claims or demands,
including legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising from your use of
the Chameleon Approved Contractors Ltd Group services or in connection with the
search4acontractor website or your violation of these terms and conditions, or
arising from your violation of any rights of a third party.
- This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with
it or its subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
the law of England and Wales.
