How Many Quotes Can I Get?

You can get up to three quotes - or fewer if you prefer. And we'll do the chasing up for you: if one tradesperson is busy then we'll find others to quote.

Why can't I just pick a tradesperson from a list?

We put you in direct contact with Approved Contractors who have told us they'd like to quote for you.
This approach beats 'open directories' hands down: not only does this save you time and hassle on the phone, but you know that our Approved Contractors actually want your work.

How do I rate my tradesperson?

Its simple - as soon as our Approved Contractor has contacted you and you have received their quotation, you need to log onto our website and complete the “About Our Approved Contractor” questionnaire.
When our Approved Contractor has completed the work you also need to log onto our website and complete the “Carried Out Work” questionnaire.

Why should I Complete The Questionnaire?

With Chameleon Approved Contractors, everyone helps everyone else, and we need your feedback to monitor our Approved Contractors, to enable other customers to benefit from our services.
The service is absolutely free for you to use - all we ask is that you take the time to complete the questionnaires and give your Approved Contractor a fair and honest appraisal and with a good appraisal our Approved Contractors will grow stronger and have a more successful businesses so a good rating from you is a real reward for their work.
